A new high energy concert in 2 full sets (2 1/2 hrs) celebrating the music of two of the most important figures in popular music history, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley. This is not an impersonator or your typical ‘Hits’ or ‘Oldies’ show. CASH & KING digs deeper by bringing to the stage not only the hit songs, but also stories of their unparalleled careers. Steven Kent shares his personal stories of meeting both of these two icons, and how they inspired him throughout his performing career. Steven throws in a few surprises from time to time when songs from some of Elvis’ and Johnny’s friends like Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins slip into the set list.
